Quick Start Guide

 1. How to create a meeting:

a) Step 1: Please visit the website http://longquanzs.diyihui.com

b) Step 2: Please click on “Sign In” link on the top right of the page, then according to the cue, input the username and the password.

c) Step 3: Please click on “Create meeting” link on the left of the page, then according to the content, input information such as: the meeting subject, the password and so on. Lastly, please click the confirm button.

d) Step 4: Please click on “Presiding over the meeting” link to start the meeting.

2. How to attend the meeting:

a) Step 1: The presider notifies participants to attend the meeting.

      1. The way of notification:
        1. Automatic notification: For those participants who have already inputted their Emails while creating the meeting, the system will notify them automatically.
        2. Manual notification: Through a telephone or an instant messenger, the system will notify participants to visit http://longquanzs.diyihui.com, and inform them about the meeting subject as well as the password. Then participants can find the relevant meeting and enter it.
        3. After the completion of creating a meeting, there is another way of providing the quick Join link (“http://longquanzs.diyihui.com/mc?join=xxxxxxxx(8 numbers)”) (which has been shown on the page )and the meeting password to participants.

b) Step 2: According to the address given by the presider, participants can enter the meeting by inputting their own names and passwords.

3) How to preside over the meeting:

a) The introduction of the meeting’s basic function:

      1. Main control mode:Participants need the presider’s agreement to apply for speaking and operating.
      2. Free control mode: The application of participants for speaking and operating can pass automatically.
      3. Main controller: The participants’ interface will follow the presider.

b) After entering the meeting, the presider (the creator of the meeting) can share documents and start formally.

c) Participants can talk with the presider by clicking on “Apply for speaking“ button to enter into speaking status

d) During the meeting, the presider can grant participants speaking and operating rights. Particular Operation: Right-click on the user’s name -> select “Grant the user Speaking Right.” or “Grant the user Database Operating Right.” to complete this step.
